According to recent online reports indicate that Sarah Purcell has passed away.

Motorsport Ireland. Everyone who knew Sarah had the highest regard for her. She served as an example for a lot of people, but especially for all the young girls participating in our sport. She has made an immense contribution to Irish motorsport, and her presence on the stages is priceless.
On Saturday, May 6, Sarah will lie in state at Power’s Funeral Home in Ferrybank, County Waterford, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
On Sunday, May 7, the funeral procession will arrive at the Church of the Assumption in Slieverue, County Kilkenny. A Requiem Mass will be said there at 1pm, and burial will follow in the nearby cemetery.
