Tony Zayas, a cherished member of our team, passed away recently, leaving us all in a state of shock and grief. His untimely death is a tragic and upsetting turn of events that has left us all mourning his loss.
Tony was not just a colleague but a dear friend to many of us. His brother, in a social media post, described him as “a terrific person to hang out with and get to know because we spent so much time with him.” He was always ready with a smile and a helping hand, and his infectious enthusiasm and positive energy were a source of inspiration to us all.
Just a few days before his passing, Tony and I had a conversation about the essential goals for our barbershop. We talked about ways to improve the customer experience, boost revenue, and deliver better service to our clients. Tony was always full of ideas and had a keen eye for detail, and his contributions to our discussion were invaluable.
