Patrick Mahomes sent his groomsmen Rolexes ahead of his wedding to Brittany Matthews. Mahomes proposed to Matthews in September 2020, presenting her with a massive emerald-cut engagement ring that could be as large as 10 carats. The high school sweethearts welcomed their first child, daughter Sterling Skye, in February.
The following month, Matthews confirmed that the couple had set a wedding date in 2022. In July 2020, Mahomes signed a 10-year extension with the Chiefs worth $503 million — the richest sports contract in history.
